Court Property Developers Ltd is a well-established House Builder and General Builder, operating in Malvern, Worcester, Pershore, Droitwich, and throughout Worcestershire.
We undertake a wide variety of work, including:

We buy land and build our own houses and apartments for sale. In the last 10 years, we have built and sold over 150 homes. Developments range from single plots to sites of 20+ dwellings.

We have converted properties to apartments, such a large early-Victorian warehouse to 14 apartments, and a College complex (originally a mid-Victorian factory) to 17 apartments, 6 Mews Houses, and 7 Offices.

We build homes for other people, where we build the home for a fixed price as Contractor and to the specification set by the client.

We have built homes, and undertaken general building work, for Housing Associations (Registered Social Landlords)

Our General Building activity includes:

• Extensions: 2 storey extensions as well as single storey extensions.
• Garages: detached garages for clients, as well as garages attached to houses.
• Conversions: ranging from converting a garage to an office, attic conversion, and an outhouse to habitable accommodation, to major conversions as described above.
• Large retaining walls, including brick, timber crib, and gabion baskets
• Drives, including permeable block paving. This improves the handling of rainwater; any other new non-permeable drive now requires planning permission.
• Kitchen replacements & refurbishments.
• Heating & plumbing, using Gas Safe (which replaces CORGI registration) plumber, from replacement central heating systems, laying new mains (we are Severn Trent WaterMark registered), to maintenance and repair, such as the replacement of guttering and drainage.
• Solar heating of hot water: we have fitted small systems for a number of detached houses, as well as a large battery of panels for an indoor swimming pool.
• Sedum Green Living Roofs, including Sedum Roof sections to 2 new detached houses, as well as a large Sedum Roof completely covering a new large bungalow.
• Rain water recycling, both for blocks of apartments and for individual houses. As well as fitting third party systems, we have developed our own, very low maintenance system.
• And, of course, we will consider any general building repair or maintenance work.

We have also built a small office block, a number of stables, as well as a swimming pool.

Court Property Developers Ltd has been a Registered Builder/Developer with NHBC (National House Building Council) since 1998, Registration Number 76348.

We were winners of the Malvern Hills Building Control “Built In Quality” award in 2008. The Company is also a WaterMark Registered by Severn Trent Water.

 

Court Developers, the IT division of Court Property Developers, have just released their Purchase Order Control Software. Designed to ease the burden of placing, finding and tracking of purchase orders this software, used in our own office daily, is now available for purchase.
